Quarantine and chill has been fun but finding a fun place to have dinner safely and responsibly was a challenge before the City opened up again. Thankfully we had Snappy Burger to thank for giving us a place to dine in and catch a movie. While safely seated in our own cars we got to enjoy a delicious Hamburger and fries paired classically with a Fountain Drink. If you don’t like the processed stuff they also offer Cane Sugar Sodas!
To paint a clearer picture the entire lot isn’t massive so no matter where you park you’ll have an excellent and clear view of the Screen. The drive-through passes underneath the screen so if you’d like some more soda or a refill on popcorn you won’t have to miss much of the action. Snappy Burger is covered from head to toe in fun and vintage movie posters and similarly themed imagery that just makes you wonder why Drive In’s arent more common. During our visit we watched Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban, our meal was soo generous that we waited out the food coma in our car and caught the opening of The Hobbit, a movie I hadn’t seen but we didn’t want to out welcome our stay.
The Hamburgers served at Snappy Burger are delicious and more than generous, if you are accustomed to Mcdonalds and similar chains order a single patty before you get brave and get anything bigger. However, if you are a drive-through veteran and get ask for a “Snappy” Double. Asking for it “Snappy” rewards your adventurous palette with crispy spice that comes with fresh sliced Jalapenos. The Next time your in Las Vegas do yourself a favor and catch a bite and a movie at Snappy Burger!
